Mandatory Unboxing Video Required: To successfully file a claim for a damaged item, you must record a continuous, unedited video of yourself opening the delivery box/package from the moment it is sealed to the moment the item is revealed.
Claim Window: This unboxing video proof must be emailed to therijalstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of the package being marked as delivered. If no video proof is provided, or if the video is edited/cut, the claim will be strictly denied.
Standard Delivery Window: Because our luxury garments and accessories undergo meticulous multi-point inspections prior to dispatch, standard shipping and delivery take 12 to 16 business days.
Delayed Logistics: While we work aggressively to meet this window, Rijal Store is not liable for minor external courier delays caused by customs, weather, or natural logistics constraints.
By finalizing a transaction, you certify that all personal shipping addresses, contact details, and payment authorization credentials provided to our system are completely accurate and legally yours.
